SHIPPING POLICY

✓ Our standard delivery charge is £5.35 for small parcels less than 2kg.- (incl. VAT) (Royal Mail Tracked® with Signature†)

✓ Small Parcels not exceeding: Length: 45cm Width: 35cm Depth: 16cm Weight limit: 2kg to anywhere in the UK, excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish islands and the Isle of Man, for a maximum weight of 500gm. Above charges are applicable for 1-3 items selected from the cart.

✓ Delivery charges for medium parcels – (4 to 8 items selected from the cart) Medium Parcels not exceeding: Length: 61cm Width: 46cm Depth: 46cm Weight limit: 20kg Our standard delivery charge is £6.85 – (incl. VAT) (Royal Mail Tracked® with Signature†)

✓ Any items above 8 selected from the cart. Our delivery charge is £7.85 – (incl. VAT) (Royal Mail Tracked® with Signature†)for parcel less than 10kg – Anything above 10kg – £11.35

✓ For next day delivery, the customer will be charged £5.35 for small parcels & £8.85 for medium & £12.25 for large parcels above 20kg (Royal Mail Tracked® with Signature†)

We strive to get your package to you as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 6 – 7 working for delivery. Should you require expedited delivery service for an additional fee, please contact our Customer Service team at cs@giftskartltd.co.uk

Please note that restrictions may apply in many territories. It is your responsibility to check with the authorities in your country before placing orders for products, if you are unsure as to their status.

We are not liable for orders that face any customs issues. In case the order is returned to us by customs, a refund will be issued, deducting the postage charges and goods booking charge.

In case the order is destroyed by customs, we are not liable to issue a refund/replacement.
